Saturday: Workout inner and outer thighs

This diet really works, but like any diet and exercise regimen, it requires discipline.
My husband and I have been doing this for 6 weeks. We are in our late 50s, definitely
overweight and out of shape. We want to lose 50 pounds each by the middle of April.
